Time and again, trust is identified as the missing element in unproductive relationships, teams, organizations, and society. Leaders desire proficiency in the essential skill of trust building. Stephen Hacker 

Recognized globally, Stephen is a transformational leader. Known for delivering transformational initiatives, developing cultures of excellence, effectively coaching leaders, and creating exceptional teams, his expertise is much sought after. He has authored scores of articles and ten books, the latest being Lead Self First before Leading Others (Business Expert Press). Deep engagements with leading commercial, governmental, and nonprofit organizations have marked his decades of performance proven work. 

After completing his corporate career as a senior leader with Procter & Gamble, he served as the Executive Director of The Performance Center, a multi-university organization conducting action-research in the fields of Systems Engineering and Organizational Psychology. Most recently he stepped aside as CEO and a founding partner of Transformation Systems International, LLC. after 21 years. Stephen has served on numerous directing boards over the years. He is a recognized global leader in the Quality field and has served the American Society for Quality as a Past Board Chair, Fellow, and Distinguished Service Medal recipient.
